The Lifesaving section is affiliated to The Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK) and is split into three distinct parts;
In order to participate in the programme, individuals are required to join Wulfruna Lifesavers' Lifesaving Section, which includes membership of the Royal Lifesaving Society UK (RLSS UK) and individual insurance;
We run our pool sessions on Tuesday evening 20:30 - 21:30 at WV Active Central Baths
Pool session admission fees are paid directly at Reception

For those who have a more competitive edge and are interested in competition swimming, there will be the opportunity to participate in Lifesaving Sport with our Competition Squad.
- Rookie Lifeguards - teaching of Lifesaving skills to individuals 8 - 12, through the RLSS Rookie Lifeguard Programme
- Lifesaving Academy - teaching of Lifesaving skills to individuals 12+, through the RLSS National Lifesaving Academy Awards, as well as giving people the opportunity to undertake the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and/or Open Water Lifeguard (OWL)
- Lifesaving Sport – entering national lifesaving competitions and continuation of junior lifesaving and community awards where other local provision falls short

- Over 16's £36 per year
